Pros
Good benefits Some projects and groups are good but most of the work is integration work. Open and diverse work culture
Cons
Long hours expected. Unfortunately "fire fighting" has become the norm and people are rewarded for quick fixes, than asking why we keep fighting fires "Visibility" via emails and the messengers are rewarded more that the real engineers who did the work. Lack of overall direction right now. Poor documentation and software practices (s/w is secondary and is treated as such) Lateral moves pretty difficult despite what mgmt. says. Not great for CS majors but good for EE
