      1. Company cares for its employees. 2. Stable job. 3. Great perks and bonuses. 4. Smart co- workers. 5. Opportunity to learn a lot and work with the best resources. 6. Promotions are fair. 7. Nice location esp if you are in San Diego.

      Cons

      1. Sometimes work can be stressful esp before important releases or if there are customer issues. But this practice is consistent across the industry. 2. Some leads are sitting on retirement territory and are hopeless and make you hopeless. 3. Other than this I can't think of any.

      Pros

      Best mentor, manager and teammates I can ever imagine. Great opportunities to learn from the most talented and experienced people in this field.

      Cons

      Parking lot was once a pain, but now I would say progress when working with some other team may not be that efficient as desired. I guess this is a common issue among large IT companies.
