The people are chosen very carefully, and are very smart and nice to work with. When you work in Qualcomm you have the option to move from one team to another easily. The work is very interesting.

Cons

I believe the option to progress and proceed to management is hard because it takes some more time that other companies.

they provide good environment, salary and bonus. The city is very nice and beautiful. good work life balance, and you have enough time to enjoy you life.

Cons

not good communication with manager. When you need help, it is not easy to find out whom you can ask help for.
