Questrade is really taking care of their customers and employees and is making sure that all the tools they are providing to be financially more successful are easy to use and 100% secure. Great company to work for!

They will train you for the first few weeks, and very friendly up till final review from the manager. Right after you are on your own, better search up on their knowledge base (similar to wiki search) instead of putting client on hold, which affect your performance.

Cons

You better resolve any client issues before it get escalation, small or huge you will get question and get blame at.
