Great working culture and environment
Pros
The people and culture team at Questrade have done a great job to foster a supportive environment for the employees here. I've found the team culture at Questrade to be collaborative and fun, and there's been a good balance so far of remaining agile while also having the necessary structure to scale and grow as a company. Questrade also offers support for individual growth, such as providing educational budgets to attend courses / lectures / conferences / workshops, etc. There's no pressure to work in-office a certain number of days a week, as Questrade still has a pretty free, work-from-home policy in place. It is up to the employee to decide if coming in-person or staying at home will be more beneficial, which I appreciate a lot.
Cons
To be honest, I haven't found too many cons working at Questrade so far the in past couple of years that I've been here.
