If you are someone who enjoys building and exploring new ideas, Questrade is an incredible place to work. Your ideas and feedback are listened to and actioned if there is a benefit to Questrade. There are incredible opportunities for mentorship, networking, shadowing and a variety of ERGs such as Questrade Women in Leadership (QWIL) to help you enhance yourself as a professional.

Cons

I genuinely cannot think of any cons, except if you are someone who does not thrive well with change, Questrade may not be the organization for you. As an organization, we are constantly looking to improve the way we work and collaborate.

Questrade is a stable and successfull company. It is a great place to work and grow professionally. It has an amazing culture where you feel valued, appreciated and motivated. Here you have opprotunitues to work with real proffessionals of the field and have your clear growth path. I have been working in Questrade for at about 5 years and I was able to grow from Software engineer to Software Engineering Team Lead position.

Cons

Sometimes business requirements are not recieved in an appropriately defined state. But the company management always collects feedback from employees and continuously improves the processes.
