Pros

Highly collaborative, supportive team and leadership. Always seeking to improve. Encourages new ideas and feedback at every level and diligent about actioning new ideas and responding to feedback.

Cons

It's a fast-growing organization so resourcing can sometimes lag behind, but leadership is very good at correcting and the supportive work environment goes a long way to help balance any growing pains.

Pros

Has a few decent highly-capable folks that act as heroes, as well as some initiative for people to improve their career, and keep expanding and given new opportunities for you to grow inside the company. Has a decent optional-go-to-the-office initiative so you only go when (if) you really want to, which is great and quite productive.

Cons

Still unclear path on how to progress your career: it's up to your manager to decide when and how, and not just based on your own skills, which sometimes work but sometimes might be harder to evolve. Also, lacks too many hands for so many work to be done. You hear a lot the "we care" but you don't really feel that all the time. Salary and bonus around pretty much average. Has a bunch of useless programs like yoga, meditation and so on, that look good at first but is not that compelling for everyone.

Pros

Co-workers and team leads were nice. Free trading account. Good training at the start.

Cons

Questrade CSS is a terrible place to work. They time how long you are in the toilet for and broadcast it on a screen for the whole dept. to see; this is like Black Mirror stuff. The top executive only care about the bottom line and cut corners everywhere. Only 3 sick days per year; they dont want you to bring a plus one to the Xmas party and they stopped buying pizza every month to save money. DOn't work here.
