Great team environment. The teams really know how to celebrate wins.

There's a lot of pressure on timelines. Unclear business decisions lead to unnecessary stress and pressure on teams.

Pros

Work remotely, option to work on multiple channels like email, chats and phones. Good location. Easy to commute. Great training and you can get familiar with the job quickly.

Cons

Micromanagement. Horrible sick days and horrible vacation day policies. Hard to move up from customer service even though they say it's easy. Pay is not great and only get like $50-$100 raises end of year.
