Pros

Working in Questrade allows you to work with international teams. The company has an excellent team and office! The benefits are exceptional in Questrade Armenia, and the most significant one is you can study job-related fields; they will pay the paycheck.

Cons

You need to follow the company rules, which sometimes slows you down. In addition, the Armenian office has two floors, which separate the teams.

Pros

The benefits are great and team members are lovely. You get to learn a lot about peoples investing habits and really understand the market from a unique perspective.

Cons

Stressful environment. Most of the time you’re sitting taking calls or chats 8 hours a day. If you end up being a call agent your work is significantly more stressful as people like to call in about tougher questions. The management knows many will quit and don’t care about make your work any more tolerable.
