Compensation is low - whole company feels stingy Training is subpar, and trainers are subpar Lack of structure compared to established financial institutions Bears the negatives of a start up mentality along with the negatives of the redtape from large banks Talent is severely lacking due to points 1 and 2 Severe turnover

It's not really a con, but you have to have high stress tolerance. A lot of clients to go through on a daily basis.
