      Pros

      Tremendous opportunity to learn everything about the financial industry as it applies to Canadians in the Investment management space. The products and services sell themselves The company is full of life and growing

      Cons

      Room for careers growth (to earn a 6 figure salary and above) is very limited and reserved for the executive team and department heads. In a company of roughly 400 employees, only about 20 are part of the exec team or department heads. So it remains as a good starting point for a career in financial services.
