Pros

Supportive Team environment - Work Culture, Lots of Resources (you never get a no and when someone is not sure they guide you to the answer). Moral

Cons

I'm challenged with finding a con. The company has grown and shaped itself into being one of the leaders in the industry (We have been rated most admired in Canada).

Pros

- Customer centric in everything they do - Great values that aligned with my own values - I believed in the mission of helping Canadians be financially independent and successful - Team oriented - always someone to go to and ask for help

Cons

- Location is in North York so my commute was long - Sometimes hard to get feedback to other departments

Pros

Incredible Culture, incredible people, very accommodative, amazing supervisors and managers. It's a great stepping stone into the corporate world, and the information learnt about the financial world can be applied to anything you do in your future

Cons

Taking non-stop calls can get seriously frustrating some days
