Pros

-The training was great and very helpful. Now that Mike and Lionel left, I am not so sure though. -The entry level pay is decent, but if you're salary-conscious, then move companies after you get some experience -The work environment was great and I liked my coworkers immensely. The CSS director Jason is amazing. -The supervisors are good people and fun to be around. -If you take initiative and put in effort, your projects will be recognized. -Fast promotions if you are diligent and talented.

Cons

-Promotions are really in title only, the pay increase is basically nothing. - I ultimately left because I have student loans and I need more pay, but the salary Questrade can offer just isn't there. - The quality scoring system is good, but being only scored on 2 calls every month is very demoralizing, especially if you get unlucky and they pick that one bad call you had out of the 600 calls. -Quality coaches can be very nitpicky, and score you poorly on sections that don't even matter.

Pros

They will train you for the first few weeks, and very friendly up till final review from the manager. Right after you are on your own, better search up on their knowledge base (similar to wiki search) instead of putting client on hold, which affect your performance.

Cons

You better resolve any client issues before it get escalation, small or huge you will get question and get blame at.
