Thank you for your review. It’s always nice for us to hear that our team is enjoying the company culture we have worked hard to build. That being said, we do re-evaluate our compensation structures on an ongoing basis and we’re always looking to improve. Your input will help us do just that. Thank you!

Pros

-Breaks. -Convenient location to TTC. -Lots of amenities in the lobby. -Friendly enough coworkers.

Cons

-Inadequate training -Uninspiring senior staff -Supervisors that spend more time on smoke breaks than coaching. Your staff shouldn't have to run around for help when a customer is waiting. -If you're new you can expect to be taking all the calls at the end of the night with no back up b/c all other senior staff are gone and you receive no OT b/c you're salaried. -Knowledge base (their encyclopedia for the role) is awful at best! -Co workers who aren't in leadership roles micro managing and juvenile. -They undervalue superstar employees and are dismissive of recognition. -One or two people call in sick and the que gets slammed

Thank you for your feedback. Given that you were part of our team for over three years, we really appreciate your insight. We always want our teams to succeed, which is why we do our best to set goals that are innovative but still in line with our employees’ skill sets, as well as train our leaders accordingly. However, there’s always room for improvement, and we’ll definitely keep your feedback in mind as we go forward.
