Pros

You get your CSC and CPH paid for, however you need to stay a certain amount of time afterwards to omit paying back the company. Average age of employees are young. Young culture

Cons

You would think your low pay is compensated by the commission component, however the management is constantly looking for ways to "restructure" the commission ratio/method so your commission gets keeping shredded. Management does not listen to others Things are constantly changing without clear expectation. Low pay/perks compare to other call centers like TD Waterhouse etc

Yes, this may require change, but we embrace change and look for employees who do as well. We also ensure that our salaries and commissions are competitive with those in the market and structure them in a way that is beneficial for both our clients and employees. colleague are awesome; it is a great start-up job; you would know more knowledge about trading in equity market.

Cons

complaints from clients every single day; a lot of pressure from management team; heavy work load; not many opportunities to improve

We recognize that the Client Services Specialist position requires exceptional patience and multitasking skills. However, we certainly don’t want any of our employees to ever feel overworked or stressed. While we already encourage managers to communicate with their teams on an ongoing basis, we’ll be making a greater effort to ensure they are managing their team’s workload effectively.
