      Pros

      EXTREMELY unprofessional HR operation team. Once you leave, there is no way you can get your employment history verified. They just keep ignoring emails and calls from 3rd party background check companies… Clearly the operation team doesn’t know the “We care” values.

      Good exposure for working knowledge Somewhat flexible Relaxed and friendly environment

      Cons

      Compensation is low - whole company feels stingy Training is subpar, and trainers are subpar Lack of structure compared to established financial institutions Bears the negatives of a start up mentality along with the negatives of the redtape from large banks Talent is severely lacking due to points 1 and 2 Severe turnover
