- Managers are open to new project ideas or ways you can improve things. - Lots of very talented individuals work there. - Great for career development. Staff are very supportive of one another and you can easily find great coaches and mentors in your field. -The size of the company is nice, you get to know everyone including the CEO and upper management. -Flexibility, most jobs don't have typical 9-5 rules. You can work more flexible hours and even schedule a work out into your day. There are opportunities to work from home on occasion.

Cons

Most people keep very busy.

Challenging and interesting work. Fast paced and engaging. Collectively we share a passion for what we do, how we contribute and in seeing Questrade lead the industry in innovation, technology and management practices. Questrade is a company where employees matter and they feel cared about. Everyone works together to collaborate and achieve amazing things!

Cons

So much interesting and challenging work keeps me busy, but it's great!
