It doesn't matter at what position you start in, your input truly matters. Everyone works together in a unified fashion unlike I've ever seen before. The company is always growing and hiring new people, everyone seems to integrate so well. It's a fast paced environment that is always improving.

Cons

It takes time to get used to all the processes since there are so many people and so many teams.

People are great to work with, everyone is fun, young, and dynamic. There's free coffee all day, lots of parties and company events, and it's great to see such a young and culturally diverse workforce. Great training and learning opportunities.Very smart people and well managed.

Cons

Lack of consistency in terms of quality of work amongst different teams.
