Cons

I was excited to join the team but was quickly turned off by the lack of transparency and trust. Everyone seems to be scared for their jobs after multiple rounds of layoffs which really hurts the culture and morale. People are laid off with no real warning or reasoning and it seems like the company direction is changing every day.

- SMT is using course language in the meetings - There is no possibility for advancements - There are layoffs every month - No support from higher management as they are located abroad and they have 'i don't know' attitude - The townhalls are live-streamed and you cannot interact with the speakers - RTO for Toronto people based on the 3 days they pick - you might need to be in the office on Friday - You need to submit weekly timesheet - If you are in the office you need to join meetings virtually as the team is in different countries - HR is playing SMT games - don't trust the 5 stars reviews here as they are fake

- There are some teams and people who genuinely care and make an effort. - Some benefits are good (others are pretty bad, so it depends on what you are looking for).

Cons

- Worst work-life balance, do not fall for their false advertisement. - Many teams are understaffed, and as a result are stressed out and unfriendly. Culture is toxic and unhelpful. - Extremely rude, condescending individuals, some of these are in management so be aware. - No on-boarding and training, forced to rely on team members who barely have enough time for their own tasks let alone show new coworkers the ropes. - Identity crisis, asked to produce fast results but weighed down by process and bureaucracy. Yelled at by senior stakeholders if you cannot comply.
