Pros

Working from home. A few smart people still around. A few good products. Pity can’t think of anything else. Hard to make 20 words of pros...

Cons

No training. Most of the good ones are gone voluntarily or not. It is loosing talents and no effort to retain one. Incompetent sales people. They want to go partner based strategy but pity no good partner is interested in doing any business with them. Incompetent and arrogant inflexible product teams

Pay/benefits are good People are wonderful Facilities are great The expectations are reasonable Promote from within Puts trust in employees

Cons

Solving commission issues and deal assignments can be tiring Sometimes it feels like product marketing doesnt listen to what sales is saying and is only focused on what they want to be focused on

Pros

- Promote from within most of the time. - Generally fun culture - Professional and dedicated coworkers - The company is investing heavily in turning the brand around and regaining it's market leader position with it's various products.

Cons

- Promote from within most of the time. Including ineffective and absent individual contributors into management where they continue that pattern. - Due to absent management many processes that could have been standardized and streamlined remain antiquated and extend the sales process. - Unclear role, RSA support is understaffed so management has said SEs will have to step up and act as technical support for existing customers. Formerly we just focused on getting the technical win for sales. - High turnover, especially of experienced personnel. - Lack of effective training for a lot of new personnel.
