      Pros

      If you are looking for good, RSA fits the bill. The comp is generally above average (but there are reasons for this, see the Cons) and it does give its employees autonomy and responsibility, but generally not the authority to support these

      Cons

      RSA is (still) an immature business buried within EMC (now Dell Technologies) organization. With an unusually high turnover of senior leadership over the last few years, it is driven globally too much by the US senior leadership team. While the comp is above average, you will earn every one of your wage checks

      RSA is not a bad place to work, but its future is uncertain to its employees.

      Pros

      RSA has great products, insightful product engineering, and great people to work with. They also are well-equipped to accommodate a remote work force.

      Cons

      It's unclear whether Senior management has a crystal clear vision of the future of the company and there is a strong undercurrent feeling that the company will be sold or broken up and integrated into the parent company of Dell.
