Cons

can be stressful (but that is virtually any job).

Pros

I was the only one of my college classmates who got an internship with a 401k. And it was fully vested, so I got to leave with the whole thing!

Cons

male dominated workplace was sometimes difficult to deal with, especially some retired army guys who were used to women always doing what they were told.

Cons

Hardly interacted with other employees as an intern Had to make my own work, was given hardly anything by initial management
