Pros

The benefits and pay are great. The people are also very nice and there are lots of online training courses to take.

Cons

Knowledge and information sharing aren't the greatest at Raytheon. I had to work really hard at getting in contact with the right people and sometimes I would be on a wild-goose chase trying to find those people. Also, in the group I was in, there didn't seem to be a whole lot of bonding or friendships between the team. (No lunches, or really anything that didn't involve work.)

Pros

This employer has a take care of you mentality. The culture is to treat other people with respect, and it shows. Very supportive of flexible hours. Interns get basically full benefits including health insurance and paid time off. Easy to maintain a work life balance at Raytheon because of the great hours.

Cons

Like any other big company, employees have a limited ability to change Raytheon's direction. Things move slow at times, and you may get stuck waiting for other people. Generally speaking, everything gets done, but it may not be as soon as you would like or think should be expected.

Pros

Competitive pay. Interesting work. Good exposure into work environment. Laid back culture.

Cons

Employees sometimes "drag their feet," in terms of multi-site project communication.
