No need work hard as long as you can play political game. 9/10.

Cons

Useless technologies, constant delay schedule since we are burning tax dollar. Management always blame employees for their mistake.

Friendly staff, Good working hours as per contract (but always end up working much more that what is stated in contract)

Cons

Management needs improvement, no overtime payment, unrealistic work hour expectation (weekends/late hours), work overload + will not take additional people due to budget constraints - so a single person ends up doing the work of 2 - 3 people. Micro-management, Micro-management, Micro-management
