Business Outlook
Pros
Good benefits, although deductibles are high. Talented workforce, working as a Team. Lots of mentoring. Availability of remote work, depending on the department. 12 holidays a year and very flexible on time (can do save/take).
Cons
Salary lower than commercial companies. Difficult to get promoted. Lots of paperwork and restrictions. The new company they switched to for managing the 401K (Alight) is not good (frustrating website, very limited options).
