Half day Friday’s- however, often revoked as staff are overworked and underpaid

Cons

Bullying culture by management, blame culture is rife. I left without a job to go to as it was affecting my mental health and could not be in the company any longer. Not female friendly at all. Have to be in the “boys club” to get anywhere in this company. Turn over in the PMO department is the worst I have seen and management turning a blind eye when it is definitely their fault.

Work/life balance are ideal; enjoyed the vast breadth of experience; good people to work with.

Cons

Tried to move to two roles that were promotions, both moves approved by hiring manager then nixed by HR. Positions were filled through the company diversity initiative. When asked what I could do to be better I was told to compete for accelerated leadership program. I applied then was told that is geared towards certain demographics as well. Great place if you don't mind being a work-horse and watching others doing less move up.
