Well paid. Most of the engineers and security personnel are professional and focused.

Cons

Nepotism is rampant. Chief agilist is a zealot who only cliques with certain people. Management is horrible and does not know how to promote from within. PMO offers ver little support to middle management or the skilled engineers and have lack of engagement overall.

A lot of options, contracts and activities to work on if you have reasonable technical or managerial talent. Access to big and novel programs you don't get elsewhere.

Cons

You become a number and are a cog in a giant machine. Also, I was reclassified into another job category without being informed, simply to eliminate me from a bonus pool.
