Business Outlook
Pros
Management is very encouraging and helps employees reach career goals. Many opportunities to learn new job functions and grow from within. Flexible schedules, such as every other Friday off. Good benefits, good work/life balance.
Cons
The culture here is extremely stiff. No money for employee recognition or morale boosters. People tend to be stuck in the 'Raytheon way' and very adverse to change. Growth is slow- difficult to get a pay bump of any significance.
