      big corporate dictates downsizing to smaller organizations. Long hours and lots of corporate pressure.

      Pros

      It is a fortune 500 company that has some very intelligent and innovative talent. CEO has tried to position company to weather the down turn in defense contracting business, with some success.

      Cons

      Very hierarchical in management access. Demands from leadership flow downstream; many data drills that may be of little benefit. Many layers of management, frequent reorganizations. There are a lot of challenges working between businesses and really "Teaming" within the company to work together for the success of programs. Very little security as an employee at the company - contrary to the company philosophy of the employees being their greatest asset.

      Good coworkers, some very wonderful people.

      Cons

      Poor Management structure . The company has some very good managers as well as some very bad ones. Overall management structure makes it hard for the good guys to succeed.
