Pros

There aren't many if any. I worked for the Raytheon Cyber Products Division. Originally have the name Raytheon was beneficial for getting customers to accept calls but because of the joint venture with Websense, they are now calling the shots.

Cons

The list could be endless * Horrible Management; tolerated managers who would steal deals of their direct reports while upper management turned a blind eye. Even with third party HR organizations being brought in to handle unethical situations the upper management ignored it all causing many people to quit * Horrible comp plans and often try to not compensate the sales account managers on their deals. * Unrealistic high expectations with no rewards.

Pros

Decent Salary Opportunity to get / upgrade clearance

Cons

Terrible Work-Life Balance Expectation to do some mandatory training on personal time Expectation to attend some all-hands meetings on personal time Terrible PTO rollover policy of 40 hours maximum into the next calendar year... Those hours must be used by August otherwise they will disappear No Sick Leave Benefits (considered part of PTO) False advertising on relo benefits.... did not get relo benefits nor sign on bonus even though job posting was advertised with relo benefits Expectation of getting CISSP on my own time when employer will eventually require me to have it
