Pros

Massive process development so there's very little guess work in what is expected given a variety of scenarios.

Cons

Unethical leadership is commonplace at my business unit. Every year some horrible benefit reduction is shoved down our throats while senior management keeps their substantial bonuses.

I spent 13 years in El Segundo, CA. Loved working every day I was there, wish I could go back, I was injured so I believe they used the reduction in business units to cover up their neglect that injured me with a severe concussion, broken nose and broken jaw. I was pressured so much after these injuries, HR, my manager and director beat me up as much as they could emotionally, it was not my fault RTSC hurt me, I just wish Raytheon had maintained the work environment and equipment.. I bet I would have never been injured if they cared enough to maintain a safe environment and NOT cut costs by being intentionally neglectful with what they did not do regarding maintenance safety.

Cons

I was laid off in 2013, I was 60 years old... maybe it was my age?? Hmmmmmmm...
