Pros
More than your average number of genuinely amazing and intelligent people here. They make this place somewhere you WANT to work. Some leaders are hands down fantastic at their jobs in developing and empowering their team. Colleagues who you will make connections with that last a life time. Some parts of the business REALLY do things well.
Cons
Too many mergers and acquisitions make this business function in undesirable ways. At time it feels the shareholders come before employees, when culture where employees can thrive is where we drive shareholder value. So much change “trickled down” by people so far removed from any sort of reality can make it difficult. 8 million alignment meetings and goal setting discussions throughout the year by people not actually doing the work.
