Pros

Working with very technically competent people on advanced technology.

Cons

Poor support of training opportunities when the company will be paying for it. Merit raises are almost an insult given the rate of inflation. Merit raises for high performers should at least help improve the life of the person who is bringing value to the company.

Pros

There are many great co workers that are very helpful if you are starting in your career. The benefits are great. It works on the 9/80 schedule, so you get every other friday off. The scheduling is also very lenient as you can take time off whenever you need to. You also get two weeks off at the end of the year, around december time which is one of the best benefits.

Cons

Senior management seems very disconnected and does not care about the workers. They don't understand what goes on in the engineering side, and cares just about the money, not about the quality.

Pros

Interesting work that contributes to the country. Good at trying in the purpose of current tasking to end goals. Answering the question of 'Why does this matter' or 'Why does my job matter'. Great advancement oportunities and potential. If you are a hard worker and quick at learning new stuff - you can do well. Less politics than many other places. Good at conducting and supporting training oportunities. Offer dozens of technical classes to expand your skill set. Feed back on performance. Great people to work with.

Cons

Large company with bueracracy, though less than many others. Lots of work - it will take over your life if you let it.
