      Generally good company with good benefits, but very bureaucratic management

      Pros

      Very good vacation benefits Good 401k match (3%) Pay and other compensation higher than most similar companies Paid educational opportunities Locations throughout US with plenty of opportunity to rotate to other areas. Some interesting work in a variety of specialties.

      Cons

      Extremely bureaucratic; management decisions take forever! HR processes are particular slow and cumbersome. Much competition between business units promotes some backstabbing. Business backlog is declining; may be fewer opportunities in the future. Almost all (90%+) of the work is for Department of Defense.
