If you're into that then good for you, but I'll take merit only please and thank you. ---Company culture has changed significantly since the UTC merger. Local leadership is hit or miss (was hit for me luckily). But corporate passdowns, policies, and attitude verges on outright belligerent towards employees.

Managers are toxic and say/do whatever they want. They only give big pay increases to there favorite employees no matter hard you work or show proof of performance. No accountability from senior leaders. HR and Ethics is useless. You basically have no voice at Raytheon. I was threatened with physical harm and had my career ruined. They treat Veterans horribly as if your service means nothing. To get a raise or significant pay increase you have to be best friends with your boss or be apart of the group. Worst company I ever worked for. If your an engineer be warned. This company does not care about its people. No ability to move up.
