      Nepotism abounds at the Garland Division

      Pros

      -Competitive salary and benefits -Talented and nice co-workers, lots of opportunities for mentors

      Cons

      -You get promoted based on who you know and whether you go to the same church as they do, not what you do -Management refuses to demote or fire bad project managers, if a project fails they just seem to shuffle them on to another project -The Garland division isn't doing very well, haven't won many new contracts to my knowledge
