      Pros

      Great work life balance. Good coworkers. Working with new, Interesting, marketable technologies.

      Cons

      Not a fan of the defense industry. Prefer to see technological effort be put into supporting veterans when the come home. Tools for re-integrating into society, prosthetics, etc.

      Pros

      It's a big company with lots of really smart people. I enjoyed getting the opportunity to learn from and work alongside those smart people. The fact that it's such a big company means there are lots of opportunities if you find yourself in a role that you don't like - but sometimes that means you have to be willing to move. I felt respected there. I received meaningful feedback during performance reviews and good raises.

      Cons

      It often times seemed like 20% of the people were doing 80% of the work. Some people could find themselves in a repetitive role if you weren't proactive about making expanding their skills.
