Dominated by ex-military middle management that know little about anything except what they use to do.

Pros

My hours were pretty flexible. Was compensated for over-time as straight-time, but it was better than nothing. (had to be approved though)

Cons

The ex-military management, raking in large amounts of money, do very little meaningful work. They are hired as contacts, and yet they become your boss.
