Pros

NIce benefits, excellent work environment and good people. The least stressful job I've had so far.

Cons

Too many levels of mangement. Re-organizing every month, you can't keep up with who's who. Heavily dependant on DoD services which are being cut at the moment.

Very flexible towards working from home, time off, mod time. Never have had an issue regarding vacations. Good work life balance Job Security

Cons

Difficult to move up in this company even with very positive reviews. Profit Sharing not comparable to other companies. Weak raises, even when they come with promotions. Under-performers are not help accountable.
