9/80 Work Schedule + flex time. Tucson has a low cost of living and amazing outdoors. The programs are exciting. Low stress.

Given almost no work to do. The little work I was given was mindless.

Cons

Unable to work from home, not flexible Once you are stuck in a position it is hard to move around You are seen just as a head to fulfill to a contract, no one cares about what you actually want to work on.
