Smart people. Good flexibility. Ok facility.
Cons
NO ROOM FOR GROWTH...period...Raytheon is not competitive with the college grads. We cannot retain them. There is no feel of a team atmosphere anymore. Managers will stab you in the back in a heartbeat to retain their 'management' position. No anniversary acknowledgement or retirement parties or atta boy luncheons. It's ALL business and NO FUN. Don't work for them.
