Pros

Good pay, Good brands. Many ambitious, energetic, smart people

Cons

More internal meetings than customer-focused, 10-12 hour days are the norm and at times politically savvy ppl who "steal with pride" aka take credit for the work of others are rewarded more than those who genuinely produce

We want to create a caring, considerate culture where you're free to be yourself so that you can be at your best at home and at work. It sounds like your experience fell far short of that. We hope you took the opportunity to share in your exit interview so we can improve.

Pros

Priya Wadhwa was in charge of my recruitment and was one of the main reasons why I accepted the position at Reckitt. She was extremely attentive, answered all my questions promptly and made me feel welcomed from the very first second.

Cons

Have a better structure for the onboarding process (at team level not at HR)
