Pros

- Freedom to share ideas and lead to implementation - Teams work towards a common goal passionately - Almost nil internal favouritism or politics - Good Work-Life balance if there is a focus from the employee. - Extra focus on Quality, Safety and Compliance - Be it for Products sold to consumers or for the working conditions of employees, contractors, etc.

Cons

- Weak systems and processes. - Lack of visibility on individual careers. - Limited quick growth opportunities except in Sales & Marketing. - Salary increases are now at par or slightly below. Used to be industry leading around 2015. - Lack of a good R&R system - A great global talent exchange program was stopped a few years back.

Pros

Great pension, diverse employees and a global reach.

Cons

Archaic IT infrastructure, an ERP system which is from the 80s. Toxic work environment, massive hours and extreme pressure for little reward.
