Pros

Close to home. People are generally nice. Positive for them you do the job of 2 or 3 people and get paid for 1/3 of what you do.

Cons

They don't respect your time. Work/life balance does not exist. Management needs to pay attention to what employees are saying. Great company with a lot of potential to be a great place to work but personally I couldn't deal with the regressive mob mentality of some of the leaders at RB that ultimately result in an overwhelming feeling of hostility that drive you to feeling undervalued, overworked, underpaid, and if you are not one of the favorites you will be treated like you don't even exist. Promotions are given to those that are liked by functional leaders and sadly for those that are deserving of recognition for their hard work, HR does not question anything-they just do.

Pros

Opportunity to travel. There are many good people in this company.

Cons

No appreciation of experienced employees. Too many irrelevant processes. Incompetent, coddled middle management. Cut-throat environment.

Pros

A lot of international people in Marketing (if you are a MBA graduate from a top school, this would tick you off since these guys probably just did a 3 year degree in Arts or Science and started working for RB in Europe in sales and then in a few years got sent to the US as Senior Brand Managers or Marketing Directors) Fast Paced (lots of chaos for those who can thrive on it) Good Training Ground (if you want to be great in Trade Marketing, not good for brand management training because everything is very short term and sales focused, no concept of investing in brands and building equity like J&J, Unilever or P&G)

Cons

Work Life balance would need to be compromised Unclear management requires multiple rounds of rework Mid to low tier schools also being hired for MBA entry level positions so dont spend the extra $$$ on a top tier MBA. If you want to work here, a second tier MBA would also do. Overall salary is made to look competitive on paper because of large bonus component, but we all know, you cannot always meet all KPIs for getting a max on bonus.
