      Nice location, good offices depending on which team good prospects

      Cons

      Difficult management team, over demanding, disorganised, take on a lot of you empoyees with little experience and pressure them. Over relient on the name of teh long established brands

      Pros

      Good brands to work on. Good range of cultures within the staff.

      Cons

      Working hours were truly awful. Absolutely no recognition for hard work. Many of the middle/senior managers are inept and have been promoted by default as everyone else quits. Ridiculously high staff turnover Lack of direction - constantly changing business strategy and direction
