- you’ll become an all-rounded marketeer strengthening business acumen as you’re expected to know everything - challenges you to push to the limit

Cons

- frequent structural changes. whenever there is new management there is a big change in direction - complex business. A lot of processes but it’s not organised so it slows down work - too many minor and unnecessary product changes by global/factory - everything is about ROI, limited budget to make campaigns really big - all management level are non-local - very unrealistic targets hence bonus is difficult to achieve
