Pros

great pay great exposure - hierarchy doesn't matter! smart amazing people to work with fast career progression great programme to work with - huge exposure to real breakthrough innovation fast paced and great learning with the right team great global opportunities

Cons

don't really understand emotional marketing local markets aren't very happy - huge pressure and not always very nice people a lot of pressure to perform, if you don't make your numbers you are in trouble be prepared to move in short timings as without moving you will struggle to get promoted

Fast paced. People is nice (lots of hh). You'll learn a lot and will be given a lot of responsibility. Meritocracy.

Cons

Lots of pressure. Not very good work-life balance. Is located far from the city. Does not offer training for employees.
