Recruit without even people who can hardly speak English. There are no positives about a job in a factory. One of my first jobs before graduating from university which just helped to earn some cash.

Cons

The job is boring, the working conditions are horrible, majority of managers are arrogant, think that they own the factory, although haven't achieved anything in their life. Pay is minimum. No opportunities to progress.
