      Pros

      Autonomy & ability to drive change. Surrounded by hard working colleagues - no carrying here! Good benefits & pay etc better than competitors in my experience Will push you in your career if you take the opportunities provided

      If you’re not prepared to work hard/efficiently don’t bother - you’ll be found out If you’re not a self starter & don’t like a fast pace it’s not for you
