Pros

Lots of Overtime, great benefits, room for advancement with tenure. Large company with numerous plants, products, and brands. There is always something new coming down the pipeline and steady growth in all the categories: Health, Home, and Hygiene.

Cons

Work to Home life is very unbalanced, RB will work you 60+ hours a week, 12+ hours a day. Some stretches of 10-15 days without a day off with 12-hour days mixed in. Great opportunity for a young, single, and ambitious employee.

Pros

Being able to try new things as a marketer and managing many aspects of the brand instead of doing segmented tasks only.

Cons

The middle management is too young and immature to lead teams. They lack the people managing experience and skills leading to many subordinates leaving the company.
